The data of yahoo was breached in 2013. It impacted three billion accounts. Credentials of most of yahoo users were stolen.

5. Equifax Breach (2017)

Equifax was one of the biggest credit company in USA. It has a security loop that hackers took advantage of. More than 147 million users were effected in this breach.
